Entirely made in limestone, wood and Mediterranean flora, Borgo Egnazia was conceived by the Melpignano family and artist/designer Pino Brescia as a contemporary reinterpretation of an ancient Apulian village. Borgo Egnazia is located in Savelletri di Fasano, where the hills of the Itria Valley gently fall away to the Adriatic Sea, and the property itself is inspired by the shapes, materials and colours of a typical Puglian village. Borgo Egnazia offers seven restaurants dedicated to the Italian cuisine, specifically Apulian, all of them with a special attention to each peculiarity and attention for biological products and essence of real Italian scents.
